- Answer incoming phone calls and manage messages for the team
- Intake new clients calling for information
- Schedule client meetings and manage client communication platforms
- Pull client statements for the accounting department
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for clients
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn new software and comfortable with technology
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus
