- Migration Expertise : Lead and execute complex migrations of PCs, servers, and user profiles to our parent domain.
- Cloud Migration : Oversee the transition of Office 365 and Google Workspace environments to our unified Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Network Integration : Reconfigure LAN infrastructure to align with our corporate standards and ensure seamless connectivity.
- Vendor Collaboration : Work closely with technology partners to deploy firewalls and implement 365 migrations.
- Technical Proficiency : Demonstrate a deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking technologies.
- Customer Focus : Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Communication Skills : Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Travel Readiness : Embark on frequent travel (up to 50%) to various locations for on-site migration projects.
- Proven track record in IT infrastructure and systems engineering, with a strong focus on migration projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Office 365 migration tools.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
