The client is replacing their current ERP system
*Build QA docs, testing
*Buying MS Dynamics
*Can drive tasks - take the initiative on curating and creating docs
*Managing the QA tasks themselves
*Building out Power Automate
*This person will help build this out for automated testing as well
*SQL - would be nice to have
