What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Analyst position at Eliassen Group?
Our well-known client in the South Charlotte area has a long-term position available for a Quality Assurance Analyst that has strong experience with testing APIs and writing complex SQL statements. The Quality Assurance Analyst will also be using Selenium and UFT to perform basic automation testing.
The ideal Quality Assurance Analyst will have experience writing automated test scripts from scratch and using tools like Postman or SoapUI to test APIs. The ideal Quality Assurance Analyst will also have hands-on experience writing complex SQL statements, testing ETL statements and will be interacting with external clients to understand requirements and create test cases.
Pay Rate: $45-$55
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Skills Required:
• 5 years of Automation QA testing experience
• Experience writing SQL queries with inner/outer joins and testing ETL statements
• 3 years of experience testing APIs
• Experience gathering and defining their own testing requirements.
• Strong communication skills
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
