Job Summary/Objective:
This role manages HR activities for a growing ENT physician practice. The main focus of the position is performance management, employee relations and the Elevate culture program.
Essential Job Functions
- Manages and oversees all aspects of employee relations for specific geographical regions of Elevate. Works with managers and Team Members to understand and resolve conflicts. Conducts investigations into misconduct, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses and documenting findings.
- Leads performance management by coaching, counseling and developing both managers and Team Members
- Acts as a Culture Champion of our E5 culture program. Promotes a positive work culture throughout all offices. Works with practice managers to promote employee relations activities for all locations
- Assists with the Recruitment selection process for various roles in coordination with Hiring Managers, assuring compliance with governmental rules and regulations, as well as Elevate policies and procedures.
- Along with HR team, communicates all necessary information to new hires regarding their salaries, benefits, payroll policies and procedures, career opportunities and any additional fringe benefits the company is offering.
- Works with HR Generalist to oversee the onboarding process. Participates in the New Employee Orientation (NEO).
- Ensures that payroll update information is accurately sent to the Payroll department.
- Constructs positive communications for dissemination to Physicians and Team Members.
- Along with Practice Managers, advises and or/ assists in conducting investigation of Workers compensation claims, including interviewing of witnesses and procurement of relevant documentation.
- Interprets and explains Human Resources rules and regulations for Managers, Team Members and applicants.
- Protects the interests of the company and the employees in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
Supervisory Responsibility
This role supervises 1 employees.

This is a hybrid role that works from the office 2-3 times per week.
Travel
Some travel is expected for this position, however due to department needs this can vary.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree obtained through a formal four-year program-related field.
- At least five years of related experience in HR management or employee relations.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in conducting investigations and documenting findings.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Education and Experience
SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. Masters degree preferred.
