We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Patient Access Representative to join our Otolaryngology practice and help us streamline our appointment scheduling process! As a Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for managing our online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration.
Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for responding to patient inquiries via phone and email and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience using electronic medical records and scheduling software. Required Education and Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Work Schedule Monday 9am-8pm Tuesday- Thurs 5pm-8pm and Sunday 8am-5pm.
