Job Description
The Server provides our guests with efficient and courteous service by ensuring that all guests receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome all guests as they enter the venue.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire food and beverage menu to make thoughtful menu suggestions and up sales.
- Place accurate and proper guest orders by using a POS station and/or handheld POS device.
- Deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction with their order and service.
- Adhere to high food safety guidelines and standards.
- Communicates facility deficiencies within the venue to managers daily.
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations.
- Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

- Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focused
Education Experience Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Food Handler’s and state alcohol certification
- Previous experience preferred
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
