POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruitment Manager will support forecasting talent needs, strategize on how to meet hiring demands, and creatively source world-class talent to continue supporting the growth of the team. You will create, execute, and teach recruitment strategies that will grow and support our global team while also helping to directly source talent. With an emphasis on business growth, you will advise and consult leaders on how to hire quality employees and manage relationships with third-party firms as needed.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the cross-functional leadership team to align recruiting priorities with business needs
- Develop and deliver recruitment strategies and recommendations based on exceptional data analysis and metrics-driven execution
- Develop scalable and streamlined interview processes to qualify candidates in an effective way
- Inform and support the development of the employee journey from Source, Offer, onboard through to 1CRM
- Own and report recruiting metrics to the leadership team
- Partner closely with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team and key operating partners, to ensure there is a healthy collaboration with recruiting and all team members
- Follow up with new talent who registered interest via our website to guide them through the sign-up process and completion of profile on the staffing platform
- Meet recruitment goals set by leadership
- Creating Job Launches and posts that attract new and current talent to apply
- Outreach to current and new staff to gain referrals for specific branded events and general recruitment.
SUPERVISION:
- This position will not have any direct reports
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- HS Diploma
- Associate’s degree preferred
Experience:
- CRM experience
- Outbound Phone calls
- Microsoft Office
- 3 years of Recruitment experience
- Proven success managing difficult searches, juggling competing priorities, and handling volume recruitment loads in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
- Experiential Marketing/Staffing Skills
