Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly-engaged and personable Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team. The recruiting manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to regional recruiters and support staff who provide recruiting support to hiring managers across several states. In this role, you will design hiring strategies and develop ways to improve efficiency in the hiring process. To ensure consistency, you will train our recruitment staff on new policies and monitor the implementation of the new procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Drives and directs all recruitment efforts and processes.
- Sets clear goals and benchmarks for and oversees the daily workflow of the recruitment team.
- Trains and supervises recruiters in the correct company processes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages Rezolut Academy program, which offers eligible employees continuing education opportunities to advance their careers with Rezolut.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of our employment pathways program targeting local colleges, programs and agencies.
- Identifies and implements retention strategies to reduce employee turnover and increase internal employee development and skills.
- Works with recruiter and external resources in effectuating talent acquisition, and actively supports hiring managers’ recruitment, outreach programs, general networking, etc. to ensure candidate pipeline is managed.
- Implements strategic hiring procedures and improves recruitment measures.
- Creates and suggests new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques.
- Manages recruitment databases and advertising budgets.
- Prepares and manages job descriptions to ensure consistency across the company as well as compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Acts as a strategic partner with Vice Presidents, regional directors and hiring managers to understand their site-specific challenges and business objectives and provides recommendations and support to meet their needs while ensuring legal compliance and consistent application of company policies.
- Works closely with hiring managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives.
- Assists in maintaining the applicant tracking system.
- Identifies and reports on Recruiting KPIs; collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
- Participates in company-wide recruiting initiatives and other projects as requested.

- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with hiring managers and recruitment teams to confirm candidates are assessed consistently against defined interview standards and in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Experience with managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle to establish compliance, consistency, and quality.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with multi-state operations in a highly regulated service industry.
- Experience in a healthcare or other professional services environment preferred.
- Ability to take initiative and successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
- Ability to coach and influence to ensure alignment of business practices with law, policy, and company procedures.
- Working knowledge of automated payroll/HRIS systems; ADP WFN experience a plus.
- HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
- Familiarity with HR practices and understanding of fair employment practices.
