Elevate Health is a dynamic multidisciplinary clinic offering Speech Therapy Language Occupational Therapy Audiology ABA services and school services for the Deaf / Hard of Hearing. We are on the lookout for an experienced & passionate ASL Interpreter to facilitate communication bridge gaps and create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities :
- Dynamic Interpretation : Accurately interpret spoken language into ASL and vice versa during classes meetings and school events.
- Collaborative Support : Work closely with faculty to provide effective communication support for deaf or hardofhearing students.
- Professionalism : Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Team Synergy : Collaborate with other school staff (e.g. TOD SLP Ed Aud) to ensure seamless communication.
- Continuous Learning : Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in ASL interpretation.
