Janitorial Area Manager

Elevate Janitorial Solutions is a commercial janitorial company that services locations across the Colorado Front range. All of our buildings are serviced in the evening Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 pm. The hours of this position would also be evening/night shift Monday through Friday. We are looking for a reliable hard working individual to join our team as a quality control manager. The ideal candidate would have previous supervisor or janitorial experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Managing a team of cleaners at various client locations and inspecting completed work to ensure it meets the Elevate Janitorial standards

-Completing deep clean duties, providing an inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring cleaning equipment functions properly

-Help cover shifts when crew members call in, help hire and train new employees, and help in retraining and correction as needed

-This position will require traveling to each building in the region on a rotating schedule to check in with employees during their shift and checking work after shifts are completed. There are currently be 5 buildings in the region between Parker and Littleton. The goal is to ensure that we are providing services to all locations that meet and exceed expectations while using a keen eye to complete meaningful duties to enhance the all-around cleanliness of the building.

-$18-20 starting pay range

Requirements

-The employee will be required to have a valid Colorado drivers license and remain in good standing.

-They must be able to pass a background check and drug screening at any point in time while holding this position. If at any point they cannot meet these requirements, the employee will be subject to termination.
