This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer with expertise in paid advertising, split testing, and customer journey optimization. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, creating effective nurture sequences, and driving lead generation through landing pages and SMS marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Advertising Management:
• Strategize, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct in-depth audience research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
2. Landing Page Optimization:
• Design, develop, and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored to campaign objectives.
• Perform regular testing to improve page performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
3. Nurture Sequencing and Automation:
• Create and implement strategic email and SMS marketing sequences to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Optimize automated workflows to improve engagement and retention.
4. Campaign Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.
5. Collaboration and Strategy:
• Work closely with the creative and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in paid ad campaign management with a strong track record of driving results.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
• Experience with landing page creation tools (e.g., Unbounce, ClickFunnels, Leadpages) and A/B testing.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and SMS marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
