This role is critical to our growth, focusing on generating and nurturing new client leads in the revenue cycle management space and the legal industry. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify, qualify, and engage prospects while driving meaningful sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outreach
- Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare and legal industries.
- Use outbound strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach, to connect with decision-makers.
- Pipeline Development
- Qualify leads and set appointments for follow-up with the sales team or leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-up actions in CRM tools.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and target market challenges.
- Provide feedback to leadership about client needs and opportunities for product or service adjustments.
- Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Regularly report on activities, successes, challenges, and key metrics.
Requirements
- Experience
- Proven capacity for sales development, business development, or similar role.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, RCM, or legal services is a strong plus.
- Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

- Education
