Junior Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients through business-to-business sales
• Identify and secure new business accounts, helping our client grow
• Retain and grow accounts
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Meet and exceed KPIs, and celebrate wins
• Managing reporting of accounts to identify opportunities for growth
• Strategize and organize territory for maximum efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required
• 0-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills and proactive mindset
• Leadership potential with a team-player attitude
