Installer

We are seeking a humble, driven, and intelligent individual to join our pool installation crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role involves assisting in the installation of residential pools and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the excavation, assembly, and installation of swimming pools and related structures.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools under supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or pool installation is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
