As an Asset Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and completing major capital projects, lender-required repairs, and asset life management across our prestigious Elevate portfolio. In addition to working on exciting projects, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to various assignments assigned by our esteemed Leadership team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Elevate Communication by working with Corporate and Regional Management, outside vendors, and service providers to scope, evaluate and complete major capital and repair projects while developing and maintaining portfolio specifications for each project.
- Elevate Projects: Skillfully manage project budgets and recommending expenditures for approval while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards throughout the scoping and execution of capital and repair projects.
- Elevated Recommendations: This role includes traveling to portfolio properties as needed for evaluation and providing insightful analysis of bids to recommend project approaches and vendor selections to the Leadership team.
- Elevated Thinking: Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities, both independently and collaboratively, while accurately inputting purchase requests with comprehensive documentation into the property management software.
Who you are:
- Elevated Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management or Multi-Family Housing preferred. A high school diploma is required.
- Elevated Attitude: Collaborative and action-oriented individual with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with superior organizational and time management skills.
- Elevated Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage large, complex projects and analyzing the situation, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Elevated Travel: This role requires the ability to travel to when needed to appropriate regions to assess projects and responding to emergency situations at any given time.
