Responsibilities and Duties:
- Elevate Communication: Collaborate closely with Corporate and Regional Management, as well as external vendors and service providers, to scope, evaluate, and execute major capital and repair projects for a multimillion-dollar portfolio. Develop and maintain detailed portfolio specifications for each project, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
- Elevate Projects: Oversee project budgets by monitoring expenditures and recommending approvals to ensure projects remain on track and within budget. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards throughout all phases of project scoping and execution.
- Elevated Recommendations: Conduct thorough on-site evaluations of portfolio properties to assess project needs and identify optimal solutions. Analyze bids and proposals in detail, providing the Leadership team with well-informed recommendations for project approaches and vendor selections.
- Elevated Thinking: Apply advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges, whether independently or collaboratively. Accurately input purchase requests into the property management system, ensuring complete and thorough documentation for all transactions and decisions.
Who you are:
- Elevated Experience: A minimum 2-3 years in project management or multi-family housing experience is required, and high school diploma is required. Higher level education preferred.
- Elevated Strategy: You are a collaborative professional with proven experience working alongside executive leadership to drive key initiatives. You excel at aligning project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless execution and measurable success.
- Elevated Thinking: You possess a sharp analytical mindset, essential for evaluating the complexities of capital projects and asset management. Whether assessing financial implications, forecasting project outcomes, or navigating unforeseen challenges, you approach each task with a solution-oriented perspective.
- Elevated Adaptability: Comfortable traveling to different regions as needed, you take a hands-on approach to assessing projects, consulting with leadership, and addressing time-sensitive matters. You thrive in dynamic environments and remain focused, regardless of changing circumstances.
