What You’ll Do: 

• Elevate Resident Experience: This individual will assist with all aspects of assisting current and prospective residents with questions regarding their lease and general lease administration.  

• Elevate Compliance: This individual will be responsible for all aspects of compliance related to leases. They will assist with ensuring that all appropriate documentation is provided and kept up to date according to policy and procedures.  

• Elevate Operations: This individual will be responsible for being proactive and assist with any operational issues and changes. They will be responsible for problem solving and coming up with solutions in a face paced environment.

• Elevated Organization: You have excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling you to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Your ability to stay organized ensures all operations run smoothly and deadlines are consistently met. 

• Elevated Communication: With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you excel at conveying information clearly and effectively. You bridge gaps between tenants, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and decision-making. 

• Elevated Detail Orientation: You are extremely detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Your meticulous approach ensures nothing is overlooked, contributing to the smooth operation and compliance of our property management processes. 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a business environment.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the real estate or leasing industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Extremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain an active driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Previous property management experience a plus.
