Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable, including processing incoming mail, coding invoices to the general ledger, and maintaining vendor communication.
- Provide front desk support when needed, including answering phones and greeting customers, while assisting with various day-to-day office and accounting tasks-this is a team-oriented environment where everyone pitches in, regardless of title.
- Expand your skill set by taking on additional responsibilities such as Accounts Receivable, GL Accounting, and special projects as you gain experience in Payables.
