About the Role: Elevate Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Labor Law Litigation Attorney to manage cases from pre-litigation through settlement. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing staff and leveraging advanced automated systems to optimize case efficiency.

- Deposition experience is highly preferred
- Draft correspondence, communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel
- Draft legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare oral arguments for motions
- Attend and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess strong legal drafting and research skills. Proficiency in PAGA, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national origin, age, sex, and disability, as well as family/medical leave issues, wage and hour disputes, and severance negotiations is required.
