Job Description :
As a Brokerage Operations Representative , you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence by supporting both internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include tracking and tracing shipments, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, and facilitating clear communication to ensure on-time departures and arrivals. Additionally, you will provide outstanding customer service to both carriers and clients.
Responsibilities :
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointments.
- Provide timely updates to customers and carriers regarding shipment status.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.
- Audit load information and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Process customer and carrier requests efficiently.
- Enter and manage data within transportation management systems.
- Monitor and manage shipments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
