- Conduct title searches and review title commitments and surveys.
- Prepare and file legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Coordinate closings and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines.
- Research real estate laws and regulations as needed.
- Handle post-closing matters, including document recording and finalizing closing binders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate paralegal.
- Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.
