Elevate Technology Solutions is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential SMB clients through networking, cold outreach, and inbound inquiries.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through the sales cycle using a CRM.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate prospects on managed IT services, conducting needs assessments and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development & Closing: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and IT managers.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Qualifications:
    • 2 years of sales experience in MSP, IT services, or technology solutions.
    • Understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT support needs.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Tech-savvy, discussing IT solutions clearly.
    • Motivated, self-starter, working independently.
    • CRM proficiency, email marketing, and social media tracking.
