You’ll be the face of Elevate Your Results in the market, introducing companies and leaders to our 10-week small-group development programs. Once you close the sale, we take care of the delivery so you can stay focused on doing what you do best: opening doors and creating relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage your own local pipeline through networking, outreach, and strategic introductions
- Consult with executives, HR teams, and department leaders to enroll individuals or teams
- Collaborate with our internal team to transition new clients into their cohort experience
- Represent a world-class brand with full program support and leadership credibility
What You’ll Earn
This is a commission-only role, but not a guessing game. You’ll earn:
- Tiered commissions per enrollment, with increased earnings as your monthly volume grows
- Quarterly performance bonuses for hitting key milestones
- Additional bonuses for filling full cohorts (typically 10–15 participants)
- Residual incentives when organizations return for additional programs
Just a handful of enrollments each month can place you on a strong annual earning trajectory — and there's no cap on what you can earn.

- All program delivery, coaching, and curriculum execution
- Access to our CRM system and email marketing tools
- Access to branded, digital professional marketing materials, including digital sales decks, brochures, and shareable tools, to support your relationship building
- Ongoing training, strategy sessions, and support
