For our Shanghai office we are hiring a Business Development Manager with experience in the engineering and architecture industry.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Representation of the office at key events for acquisition purposes
Acquisiton of new customers and projects
Building customer relationships and networking
Being the first contact person for potential customers
Preparation of bid documents
Creation of graphic and written content for proposals, interview presentations, and general business development materials
Organization and maintainance of project sheets, resumes, project portfolios and company profiles
Preparation of offers and project reports
Collaboration with our other branch offices

Your Profile

A bachelor degree in Engineering / Architecture / Design / Urban Studies or a related field

Good knowledge of English and Chinese (business fluent) and excellent communication skills

3-5 years of work experience as a business development manager or in a similar role

Good expertise in working with Microsoft Office

Experience in working with Adobe Creative Suite programs is a plus

Strong interest in special structures, design and architecture

Goal-oriented and self-organized way of working
