Job Summary:
This position requires a Wisconsin State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
The Manager of Clinical Care is responsible for the clinical oversight of the staff and service delivery of the crisis programs in Sheboygan County. As a member of the Crisis Leadership Team, this includes providing clinical supervision and guidance for the Mental Health Professionals, Co-Responders, Youth Wellness Navigator, and Crisis Services Coordinator in accordance with DHS Chapter 34. This position works collaboratively with the Crisis Program Manager, Sheboygan County Health and Human Services, and the City of Sheboygan Police Department.

Essential Functions:
- In coordination with the Associate Director of Programs and Crisis Program Manager, establish, manage and monitor program direction to assist in achieving the agency’s mission.
- Provide clinical supervision to all direct support staff providing crisis services as outlined in DHS Ch. 34.
- Facilitate 1:1 and/or group supervision to all direct support staff providing crisis intervention services as outlined in DHS Ch. 34.
- Responsible for daily documentation review of electronic health records including clinical approval as outlined in DHS Ch. 34.
- Participate in care coordination meetings in conjunction with the crisis team and community providers to ensure trauma informed, least restrictive, person-centered care.
- Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of direct support staff members as needed.
- Provide staff training and professional development to the crisis team where appropriate.
- As a member of the Crisis Leadership team, regularly evaluate achievement of program outcomes, indicators and guide program improvements to achieve outcomes with the Data and Evaluation Manager.
- Assist in the policy and procedure development for clinical services.
- On-call responsibilities as part of the on-call clinical team.
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Administrative Code Ch. 34, 48, 51, 55, 94 and is effective at interpreting state statutes and administrative codes.
- Experience in crisis intervention, emergency mental health crisis services preferred.
- Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams.
- Experience in coordination and facilitation of group meetings.
- Proficient in use of technology as a management reporting tool and experience working with information technology staff to develop and implement program evaluation systems.
- Experience working with high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
