MANAGER, SALES OVERVIEW:
Elevate is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with a successful track record of hitting aggressive sales targets for professional sports teams and/or marquee sports events. This person will play a key role in selling integrated experiential hospitality packages and driving revenue for Elevate.

Our ideal candidate must combine an entrepreneurial mindset, relentless work ethic, an optimistic team-first attitude, a strong sense of urgency and business acumen. They should be a strong relationship builder - both internally and externally - and possess exceptional organizational, time management and pipeline management skills.

This position will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective buyers for assets including hospitality packages, ticket packages, travel accommodations, private events and experiences. The person in this role will be targeting C-Level executives and high net worth individuals through cold calling, prospecting and networking skills.  
                            
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sell multi-faceted hospitality programs for marquee sports events to C-Level executives and/or key decision makers of corporations, high net worth individuals via outbound sales calls, face-to-face appointments, and virtual presentations
  • Execute and lead dynamic sales presentations to maximize revenue and exceed sales targets
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
  • Consistently and effectively manage a robust sales pipeline while providing updates and forecasts to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with a diverse, multi-talented team that has high standards and a fast pace
                               
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven Track Record: History of consistently developing new business, achieving targets and meeting sales objectives through the sale of premium seating, private events, and/or corporate hospitality
  • A Relentless Work Ethic: You will be joining a team of self-starters spread across the country, so we’re looking for someone with that same profile.You will need to do what it takes for the betterment of the team in order to help us achieve our goals
  • Strong Relationship Builder, Connector and Networker: Our Director/Manager of Sales will be entrusted with growing a key vertical at Elevate. They need the ability to build relationships and uncover opportunities in a complex sales environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills: We’re looking for someone who is a data-driven problem-solver and persuasive presenter with strong writing and storytelling skills
                               
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Location:  Charlotte, NC

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 plus commissions for converted direct sales. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Charlotte, North Carolina. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
