Pay Rate : Competitive based on experience

Shift : Monday to Friday 12hour

Key Responsibilities :

  • Address customer quality concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Lead efforts to improve plant performance and key metrics
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve the root causes of issues
  • Analyze data to guide improvements in key performance areas
  • Create and maintain control plans for processes and products
  • Participate in PFMEAs and ensure process documentation accuracy
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements
  • Recommend solutions for production challenges and drive corrective actions
  • Assess and improve safety quality and operational efficiency
  • Lead projects aimed at improving safety quality ontime delivery and productivity
  • Apply statistical tools like Minitab to support continuous improvements
  • Supervise and guide up to 10 quality team members

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 35 years of experience in process improvement quality and analysis in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies with a Black Belt certification preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
