We are currently seeking a full-time Recruiting Assistant to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring delivery drivers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in recruiting and administration.
Position Overview
As a Recruiting Assistant, you will:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to manage a high task load efficiently and effectively.
- Post job openings and screen resumes.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews and guide candidates through a positive and seamless onboarding process.
- Address candidate questions and assist with challenges throughout the hiring journey.
- Keep track of onboarding tasks for several candidates simultaneously, requiring organization and managing a high task load.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior experience with interviewing and hiring is preferred.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Strong business email etiquette.
- High organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or Paycom is a bonus.
