Job Summary
Position will be based in our Corporate Headquarters, located in Tampa, FL. The Dispatcher position is responsible for handling inbound customer requests quickly and efficiently, while simultaneously entering requests into computer to be dispatched out.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Scheduling and creating all service calls as they are received
- Working through all external / internal call center emails as they are received
- Working closely with technicians / supervisor / CSA's regarding scheduled work getting completed or rescheduled
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and obtaining customer feedback and reporting to management and supervisors when needed
- Performing all duties within a timely manner
- Other related tasks as the company deems necessary and / or assigns
