Key Responsibilities
Client & Appointment Management:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and friendly support.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments with precision.
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term engagement.
Financial & Administrative Operations:
- Process, track, and manage financial paperwork, including client distributions and money movement.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure efficient file organization.
- Understand financial documentation requirements and ensure compliance with firm policies.
Office & Business Support:
- Handle general administrative duties, including email correspondence, document preparation, and office coordination.
- Support firm leadership with operational projects and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in tracking financial records and operational performance metrics.
Strategic & Growth-Oriented Contributions:
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities and contribute to increased office efficiency.
- Take ownership of responsibilities beyond routine administrative tasks.
- Develop skills to transition into higher-level operational or leadership roles.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
