Elevated Living seeks dependable, experienced Contractor Housekeepers who take pride in their work and demonstrate strong attention to detail. The role entails providing cleaning services in our luxury residential high-rises in Crystal Lake, FL. We seek individuals capable of maintaining exceptional service standards and completing housekeeping tasks as needed. Scheduling is flexible. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean home for our residents. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning. Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping etc.
• Execute deep cleaning and specialized sanitation tasks.
• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition or issues promptly.
• Comply with safety and health regulations.
• Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality cleaning services.
• Communicate with clients and management to address any concerns
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and custodial procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Good organizational skills to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
- A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential cleaning and customer service
• Active General Liability Insurance
• Proficiency in floor care, sanitation, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
• Experience in laundry and housekeeping management is a plus
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current insurance
• Ability to clearly communicate with clients
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide all housekeeping supplies
