Professional Cleaner/Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, making it essential for the Cleaner to be proactive and efficient in their duties. Available hours are M-F from 5:00am-3:00pm

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and custodial services of residential/vacation homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks effectively to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Carry out floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
• Launder linens and other items as required to ensure freshness and hygiene as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required as on the job training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in custodial work.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting 25 lbs or more, bending, stooping and standing for extended periods.
• Successful completion of a background check before employment.
