- Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Coordinate vendor contracts for landscaping, janitorial services, pest control, and security systems.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
2. Tenant Relations and Lease Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant communications and issue resolution.
- Address tenant concerns and requests promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Administer leases, including renewals, amendments, and enforcement of lease terms.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions and property readiness.
- Manage tenant improvement projects and oversee build-out processes.
3. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including operational and capital expenditures.
- Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the budget.
- Track and report on financial performance, such as rental income, expenses, and variances.
- Handle rent collections, monitor delinquencies, and implement late-payment protocols.
- Assist with forecasting, property valuations, and ROI analysis for property owners.
4. Marketing and Leasing
