Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Tenant Relations & Lease Compliance:
- Monitor tenant activities to ensure adherence to lease terms and security requirements.
- Respond promptly to tenant service requests and address any concerns in assigned buildings.
- Property Inspections & Maintenance:
- Conduct bi-weekly inspections of assigned properties, prepare monthly reports, and address janitorial or maintenance deficiencies.
- Take corrective actions for any issues identified during property inspections.
- Vendor and Contract Management:
- Define service contract requirements for areas such as custodial services, grounds maintenance, security, and more.
- Prepare service contracts.
- Solicit bids, evaluate vendor proposals, and oversee contractor performance.
- Financial & Budget Management:
- Review accounts receivables and assist with rent collection.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets for assigned buildings.
- Track and manage financial expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform other tasks as required by property management leadership.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of general office or administrative experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic cost accounting.
- Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with tenants and team members.
