Duties

- Manage property operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations .
- Utilize software systems such as Yardi and OneSite for effective property management.
- Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Lead staff training initiatives focused on motivational interviewing techniques and best practices in social work.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and ethical practices within all organizational activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within social services or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and addiction counseling methodologies.
- Familiarity with property management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
