We are currently seeking a Flex Teacher to join our Infant/Toddler team. The Flex position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while supporting the implementation of the curriculum and assisting in various classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child.
· Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
· Assist students with art projects and other assignments.
· Manage classroom dynamics with patience, understanding, and professionalism.
· Float to different classrooms as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact kindly & effectively with children, parents, and staff.
· Proficient active listening skills to understand and adapt to the needs of teachers and students.
