We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Trainer .
Key duties will include end-to-end training processes for each individual client, training classes, and working closely with the operations leadership and recruiting teams to ensure we deliver the highest quality customer experience possible for our clients. This role is full-time with benefits (medical, dental, vision) and holiday / sick pay.
Position Responsibilities :
- Manage all elements of new hire training in collaboration with our clients, including program facilitation, curriculum development, and content delivery.
- Proven thought-leader in the organization to guide core operational process improvements in training and development.
- Develop and implement processes and programs designed to maximize employee performance and engagement, and to close skill and / or knowledge gaps.
- Implement new or off-the-shelf competency-based management / leadership development programs and new hire skill-based training programs.
- Partner with HR and Operations, analyze results of assessments, focus groups, and employee surveys and develop and deliver interventions and / or training programs designed to address required areas of improvement.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate a leadership development training program, with a focus on career pathing.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional written, statistical and verbal reporting / communication to client(s) and internal leadership.
- Recommend, implement and oversee new strategies and processes that will improve client and overall company performance and effectiveness.
- Maintain a fun and exciting atmosphere to ensure high team morale across the organization.
- Be innovative in problem resolution, make quick and confident decisions, and take ownership of resolutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
