What You’ll Do
- Own the Records Process: Manage high volumes of records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
- Enhance Data Integrity: Maintain and update digital and physical records in enterprise-wide document management systems.
- Ensure Compliance: Review records for errors, inconsistencies, and adherence to regulatory policies, escalating concerns as needed.
- Implement Best Practices: Follow standardized procedures for document classification, retention, and retrieval.
- Collaborate & Streamline Workflows: Work alongside internal teams to improve document processes and ensure seamless access to critical records.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), SAP, FileNet, and other document management platforms to optimize records administration.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 years in data entry, records administration, or document management within a structured business environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with SAP, FileNet, or other enterprise document management systems is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and accuracy skills with the ability to efficiently process large volumes of data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various departments.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Pay Rate: $34 per hour
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
