We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Aerospace Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition efforts for our aerospace clients. In this role, you will identify, engage, and place top aerospace professionals in engineering, design, manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand their workforce needs, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
As an Aerospace Recruiter at Eleven Recruiting, you will leverage your industry knowledge, sourcing expertise, and relationship-building skills to connect the right talent with the right opportunities. You will play a critical role in shaping the workforce of leading aerospace companies by recruiting professionals in fields such as avionics, aerodynamics, propulsion, systems engineering, and advanced manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source, attract, and engage aerospace professionals through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Manager to align recruitment strategies with client expectations, ensuring a seamless hiring process and delivering the best-fit candidates efficiently.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about trends in the aerospace industry, emerging technologies, and competitor hiring strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Candidate Experience & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing guidance, interview preparation, and career insights.
- Database & ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in aerospace, engineering, or technical staffing.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of aerospace roles, technologies, and industry standards, with the ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other hiring platforms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
- Negotiation & Influence: Ability to navigate compensation discussions and influence hiring decisions to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Organization & Time Management: Capability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
