This firm is seeking an experienced Technology Manager to serve as the Head of Application Development. The perfect candidate will be part of the Enterprise Technology team, driving innovation and establishing technological excellence. Responsibilities :
- Design the technical framework for business applications, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Explore and adopt emerging technologies to enhance innovation and operational efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technological initiatives with business objectives.
- Create and manage a high-performing development team, leveraging CI / CD (continuous integration / continuous development) practices for streamlined delivery.
- Drive adoption of microservices architecture, third-party app integrations, and development best practices across the organization.
