Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and creative Brand and Social Media Manager who excels in graphic design and is enthusiastic about building brand awareness across all social media platforms. This role will involve creating and managing content for all brands managed under our umbrella company ensuring consistent quality and alignment with each brand's unique identity and messaging. The ideal candidate loves to write compelling copy, craft engaging hooks, and design eye-catching ad copy. If you have a knack for designing email templates and animations, that's a big plus!
Key Responsibilities:- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, email templates, and other marketing materials.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting, planning, responding to DMs, and engaging with comments.
- Copywriting: Write engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, and email campaigns.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Email Marketing: Design and optimize email templates for various campaigns.
- Animation (Preferred): Create simple animations to enhance social media and marketing content.
- Travel: Be willing and able to travel to various locations as needed for brand awareness.
- Proficiency in Software:
- Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Social Media Management: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar
- Copywriting and Editing: Grammarly, Hemingway, or similar
- Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Go High Level, or similar
- Animation (Preferred): Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Portfolio: Must provide portfolio items for review prior to the interview.
- 90-Day Trial Period: Initial employment will be on a 90-day trial basis, during which performance will be reviewed.
