You'll engage with customers, provide detailed product information, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:

- Offer detailed and accurate product information, including features, benefits, and uses.

- Stay updated on product information and promotions.
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Gather and report customer feedback.
Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation as this is an on-site role in Fairmont, WV.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic about customer service and retail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
