We are seeking a knowledgeable and versatile Hardware Store Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the products we offer, a deep understanding of their applications, and the ability to recommend solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the right products, tools, and materials for their specific projects or applications.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the store's inventory, including hardware, fasteners, tools, industrial supplies, and related products.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers by troubleshooting project challenges and offering creative, practical solutions.
- Inventory Management: Ensure proper stocking, organization, and maintenance of products, promptly identifying and addressing inventory needs.
- Cross-Industry Expertise: Leverage experience across industries such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance to advise customers effectively.
- Sales and Upselling: Promote complementary products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.

- Basic computer skills for inventory systems, point-of-sale software, and research.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
