Director of Digital Transformation in Healthcare

As a Sr. Director of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing at Eli Lilly and Company, you will play a key role in driving technological advancements and shaping the IT strategy. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration of systems for site launch and guaranteeing IT operational readiness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a digital strategy aligned with the Global Tech at Lilly Strategy. Your expertise in MES, data integration, and advanced analytics will be critical in driving innovation and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital strategy for LP1 facility in alignment with the Global Tech at Lilly Strategy.
• Guarantee IT operational readiness for site launch, integrating systems such as infrastructure, SAP, warehouse management & logistics, manufacturing execution system (MES), data historian and real-time floor tracking, comprehensive data management: integration, analytics, digital plant innovations and laboratory information management, CAPA systems, access security, and risk management.
• Serve on the Site Leadership Team, driving IT strategy and fostering a culture of excellence aligned with Lilly's values.

Requirements
You should have a bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or a related technical field, with 10 years of leadership experience in Pharma IT, and expertise in MES, data integration, and advanced analytics. You should also possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance (cGMP), proven leadership abilities, and a collaborative spirit. Excellent communication skills, a creative and analytical mindset, and the ability to resolve complex issues are essential for success in this role.
