Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operations of our restaurants and company buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring all facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulatory standards. You will lead a team of maintenance personnel, manage vendor relationships, and implement preventative maintenance programs to support the business’s operational needs.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians across multiple restaurant and corporate locations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and general building infrastructure.
- Oversee repairs, renovations, and emergency maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective maintenance solutions.
- Ensure all company properties comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and local building codes.
- Manage facility-related budgets, track expenses, and negotiate service contracts.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for facility operations and maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of company properties to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers and other stakeholders to address facility concerns efficiently.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Perform other duties as required.

Your success with us requires these qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing maintenance teams across multiple locations.
- Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with OSHA, fire codes, ADA compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between company locations as needed.
- Experience working with restaurant equipment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and trouble shooting
· HVAC and refrigeration knowledge
- Physical ability to respond timely to emergency situations on property
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
