Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Lifeguard is charged with the responsibility of the pool and its use for all individuals on campus.
Department: Facilities
Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour
Major Responsibilities:
1. Observe individuals in pool area.
2. Rescue individuals from drowning.
3. Maintain proper water and chemical levels in the pool.
4. Maintain a clean and safe pool.
Requirements
Must be a minimum of 15 years old.
Required Certifications: Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, AED
Experience: Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience as a lifeguard.
Salary : $15
