Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional Customer Service to our Dealers and external sales team while handling 75-80 incoming calls daily.
  • Order Entry and Stock checks
  • Trouble shoot to meet Customers' needs

Qualifications

  • At least one year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Working well within a Team atmosphere.
