What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Process Analyst position at Eliassen Group?
Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst. The Business Process Analyst collects, evaluates, and communicates business requirements for new or modified enterprise applications. They lead analysis for small projects or collaborate on larger ones.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2
Key Responsibilities:
- Define system requirements, testing, implementation, and support for business applications.
- Gather business requirements via interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews, using techniques like data flow modeling and workflow analysis.
- Document analysis results using appropriate templates and tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure integrated business solutions.
- Represent business needs within project teams.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes in one or more areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in functional design, data analysis, and data flow diagramming.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools for solving business problems.
- Ability to gather requirements, influence business processes, and navigate technical environments.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
