What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business System Analyst position at Eliassen Group?
One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looking for a Business System analyst to add onto their team. The Business System Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and translating business functional requirements into detailed technical specifications. The Business System Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including enterprise architecture, business analysis, development, and testing, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our software solutions.
The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with enterprise architecture, business analysis, development, and testing teams to document analysis after testing on various software platforms using Postman on multiple APIs. The Business System Analyst will have experience in performing SQL & NoSQL queries to retrieve data from existing project databases and create Excel sheet reports for customized API requirements. The Business System Analyst will love diving into business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to create impactful solutions.
Pay Rate: $60-65

Requirements:
- 8 years’ experience in technical business analysis or related fields.
- Experience in API/Microservices low-level design lead roles.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL database low-level design.
- Experience development experience.
- Experience UI/Figma experience.
- Experience documentation experience using Visio, Gliffy, macros, flow charts, architectural diagrams, etc.
- Experience of JIRA story writing experience for preparing sprint backlogs.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
